Starstone Lapidary Workshop

Many of the gemstones I use to create jewellery have come from Northern Wales, which I first visited in 1996. I attended a workshop with Gordon McLean Lardy where I learned the basics of cutting and polishing gemstones. Identifying and discovering subtle qualities was great fun, and I could combine these with silver designs which I was beginning to practise. Since then my interest has grown, and I have returned to Starstone several times.
Gordon has hand faceted,crafted,many stones from which I make jewellery.
It is a genuine pleasure to be able to create jewellery in this very unique and personal way.
