Calcite silver ring

Calcite, or calcium carbonate, is one of the most common minerals on earth, and as such it is one of the most varied in terms of structure and color. There are hundreds of different forms. Calcite is one of my personal favorites. This elegant one is faceted and set in sterling silver, with a spiral design on the inside.
Beautiful work, Cloud, I love the detail of the spiral, it’s like a little secret between the wearer and the stone, lovely.
