Yellow Tourmaline Earrings
October 13, 2009
Today a pair of earrings went home with a very lucky person. The tourmaline earrings are a personal favorite of mine because of their delicate, subtle and streamlined shape. My fascination with vertical lines and striated stones continues… cant wait to find more of this type of stone!

Kyanite silver ring III
August 3, 2009
Since Kyanite is my most popular stone, each time I make one it takes a different shape/form. I like to make each one unique. This stone has been polished. Kyanite’s look changes when it has been polished, and can hardly resemble the raw state. I like both. One way to identify polished kyanite is to look for the striated lines moving up and down sometimes hidden inside.
Malachite triangle ring
August 3, 2009
The stone for this ring is green and gorgeous! It’s shape, smooth texture, and wavey lines are even more wonderful. For me, it proved challenging to set because it is a soft stone and required a lot of gentle handwork. People who are drawn to Malachite often notice its healing qualities. The copper content gives it an extra buzz. Copper=conductor.
J’s Silver Band
August 3, 2009
This was a really fun ring to make because of the challenge in making a man’s ring style match his personality. Some specific instructions were given about the size and look of it. Luckily he likes it about as much as I enjoyed making it!
